Memorandum Opinion by Justice Ross
MEMORANDUM OPINION

Robert V. Holland, individually, and d/b/a/ Holland & Associates, and Robert V. Holland, Jr., P.C., have filed an appeal. The judgment was signed June 24, 2002, and the record was due no later than October 22, 2002. The appellants are not indigent and are thus responsible for paying or making adequate arrangements to pay the fees for preparing the clerk's and reporter's records. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b), (c).

On January 8, 2003, we contacted counsel by letter and warned them that, if within ten days we did not receive a response adequately showing that appellants desired to pursue their appeal by obtaining a clerk's record, we would dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b), (c).

Twenty days have elapsed with no response.

We dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution.
