Richard B. SALAS,
Appellant
v.
The STATE of Texas,
Appellee
From the 144th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court Nos. 2007-CR-2033 & 2007-CR-2964
Honorable Catherine Torres-Stahl, Judge Presiding

PER CURIAM

Sitting: Catherine Stone, Justice

Karen Angelini, Justice

Sandee Bryan Marion, Justice

Delivered and Filed: November 28, 2007

DISMISSED FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

The trial court imposed appellant's sentences on July 25, 2007. Because appellant did not file motions for new trial in the underlying causes, his notices of appeal were due to be filed August 24, 2007. Tex. R. App. P. 26.2. Appellant's motions for extension of time to file the notices of appeal were due on September 10, 2007. Tex. R. App. P. 26.3. Appellant, however, filed his notices of appeal and motions for extension of time on October 11, 2007.

On October 29, 2007, this court notified appellant that the clerk's records did not show the jurisdiction of this court, and we gave appellant until November 8, 2007 to show cause why his appeals should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. This deadline has now passed, and appellant has not shown this court's jurisdiction. Accordingly, these appeals are dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
