DISMISSED FOR WANT OF PROSECUTION

The notice of appeal in this cause was filed on April 27, 2007. Appellants' brief was due to be filed on August 10, 2007. On September 26, 2007, after neither a brief nor a motion for extension of time was filed, this court ordered appellants show cause in writing, no later than October 11, 2007, why this appeal should not be dismissed for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a). We received no response. As of this date, Appellants have not responded to the court's order. The appeal, therefore, is dismissed for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b). Costs of appeal are taxed against Appellants. PER CURIAM
