The court has considered relator's petition for a writ of mandamus and is of the opinion that relief should be denied. Relator has not established that its appellate remedy is inadequate. See In re Thompson, Coe, Cousins, & Irons, LLP, 212 S.W.3d 918, 922 (Tex. App.--Tyler 2007, orig. proceeding); In re Texas Dep't of Family & Prot. Servs., 2004 WL 2965434 at *1 (Tex. App.--San Antonio 2004, orig. proceeding). Accordingly, relator's petition for a writ of mandamus is denied. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a).
