From the 45th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2006-CI-08563

PER CURIAM

Delivered and Filed: August 8, 2007

DISMISSED FOR WANT OF PROSECUTION

The district clerk filed the clerk's record in this matter on April 24, 2007. Appellant's brief was therefore due to be filed no later than May 31, 2007. On June 20, 2007, after neither a brief nor a motion for extension of time was filed, this Court ordered Appellant show cause in writing no later than July 5, 2007 why this appeal should not be dismissed for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a). We received no response. As of this date, appellant has not responded to the court's order. The appeal, therefore, is dismissed for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b). Costs of appeal are taxed against appellant.
