DISMISSED AS MOOT

On March 2, 2007, appellants filed a notice of appeal seeking to appeal the trial court's "implicit denial" of appellants' plea to the jurisdiction and motion to dismiss. The trial court clerk filed a notification of late record stating that no order had been signed by the trial court which would be necessary for inclusion in a clerk's record. On May 23, 2007, appellee filed a letter with the court enclosing a copy of the trial court's order granting a nonsuit with regard to appellant University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. On June 12, 2007, we ordered the appellants to file a written response to the appellee's letter informing the court of the status of the appeal and the effect of the nonsuit. On June 26, 2006, appellants responded to the letter stating that they were in agreement that the appeal was moot. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as moot.
