PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

Sie Joe Lann files his second petition for a writ of mandamus complaining of the trial court's alleged failure to rule on two post-conviction motions in the underlying proceeding. The mandamus record does not show the motions were brought to the trial court's attention and it failed or refused to rule on them. See In re Molina, 94 S.W.3d 885, 886 (Tex. App.--San Antonio 2003, orig. proceeding); In re Chavez, 62 S.W.3d 225, 228-29 (Tex. App.--Amarillo 2001, orig. proceeding). Accordingly, the petition for a writ of mandamus is denied.
