The parties have notified the court that all issues in dispute between appellants Roberta Ortega, Peter P. Ortega, Joe W. Sanford III, Rebecca Buckner, Troy Harborth, Sallie Harborth, Ernest Stout, Mayra Stout, Robert Graves, Cynthia Graves, Fernando M. Ramos, and Cecilia M. Ramos, Individually and As Members of An Unincorporated Association ("Appellants"), and appellees Shirley Ann Gregory Woodson, Individually and As Independent Executrix of the Estate of Benjamin Jones Woodson, and John Howard have been settled. The parties' motions to dismiss are therefore granted, and the portion of appellants' appeal relating to appellees Shirley Ann Woodson, Individually and As Independent Executrix of the Estate of Benjamin Jones Woodson, and John Howard is dismissed. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1. Pursuant to the agreement of the parties, costs of appeal are taxed against the parties who incurred them. See id. at (d). This dismissal does not affect the status of the portion of appellants' appeal relating to appellees Bernice Hunter d/b/a Bernice Hunter Realty and Juan Camacho.
