DISMISSED FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services seeks to appeal an order holding it in contempt. We do not have jurisdiction over this appeal. See In re R.M., No. 04-05-00865-CV, 2006 WL 118510, at *1 (Tex. App.--San Antonio Jan. 18, 2006, no pet. h.) (dismissing appeal of contempt order under similar factual setting). On March 5, 2007, we ordered the Department to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. The Department did not respond to our order. The appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
