PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

On October 11, 2004, relator Shakati Lynn Pena filed a petition for writ of mandamus, alleging the trial court abused its discretion by setting aside a writ of habeas corpus giving possession of the child, J.A.G., to relator.
