PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED
On August 13, 2004, relators Rubiola Mortgage & Realty Company, J.C. Rubiola, and Gregory Rubin filed a petition for writ of mandamus, alleging the trial court abused its discretion by denying their motion for continuance of trial.
