Honorable Fred Shannon, Judge Presiding
PER CURIAM
Sitting: Catherine Stone, Justice

DISMISSED
On June 16, 2004, we received a joint motion to dismiss the appeal, signed by B.G. Metals and J.A. Plumbing. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2). Because the joint motion to dismiss was not signed by Commercial Indemnity Insurance Company, B.G. Metals filed a motion for voluntary dismissal seeking to dismiss its appeal against the insurance company on June 21, 2004. See id. at (a)(1). The motions to dismiss are granted, and this appeal is dismissed.
Pursuant to the agreement of B.G. Metals and J.A. Plumbing, costs of appeal are taxed against the parties who incurred them. See id. at (d). Pursuant to B.G. Metals's motion to dismiss its appeal against Commercial Indemnity Insurance Company, costs of the appeal are taxed against B.G. Metals. See id.
