Appellant filed a motion to dismiss his appeal on April 28, 2004. Appellant's motion states that the parties have fully compromised and settled all issues in this appeal, and requests that we dismiss the appeal and remand for entry of judgment in accordance with the parties' settlement agreement. The motion is granted. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1); Caballero v. Heart of Tex. Pizza, L.L.C., 70 S.W.3d 180, 181 (Tex. App.--San Antonio 2001, no pet.). Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed and the cause remanded to the trial court for entry of the agreed judgment.
