Lucan Thomas Raleigh ("Raleigh") appealed his conviction for possession of a controlled substance measuring less than one gram. On November 21, 2003, Raleigh filed a pro se motion to dismiss his appeal stating he "would like to discontinue any further actions" on his appeal. The motion is signed by Raleigh. The motion is granted and this appeal is dismissed. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.2(a).
