APPEAL DISMISSED

Gary Martin ("Martin") originally pled guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled substance. His adjudication was deferred and he was placed on community supervision. The State subsequently moved to revoke Martin's community supervision in each cause. Martin pled true to the State's motion to revoke. He was sentenced to three years confinement and a $1,000 fine in cause number 2001-CR-2796, and two years confinement and a $1,000 fine in cause number 2001-CR-2797. Martin's sentences were ordered to run concurrently. He filed an appeal in both causes.

On July 24, 2003, Martin filed a motion to withdraw his notice of appeal in each cause. The motions are signed by Martin. Tex. R. App. P. 42.2(a). The motions are granted and the appeals are dismissed. See id.
