DISMISSED

On April 15, 2003, we abated this appeal for an abandonment hearing pursuant to rules 37.3(a)(2) and 38.8(b)(2) of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. The trial court held the hearing on June 23, 2003. The trial court appointed counsel to consult with and advise appellant regarding the pending appeal. (1) The trial court then found that appellant did not wish to prosecute his appeal. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
