Appellee Patrick Hancock and appellant Douglas Aiken filed an agreed motion to dismiss the appeal as to Patrick Hancock, stating they have fully compromised and settled all issues in dispute. The motion is granted. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1). The appeal is dismissed with prejudice as to appellee Patrick Hancock. Costs of appeal are taxed against the parties who incurred them.
