DISMISSED

On December 6, 2001, appellant filed a notice of appeal from her conviction for interference with a public servant and sentence of 180 days confinement. On January 21, 2003, appellant filed a motion to dismiss seeking to withdraw her notice of appeal pursuant to Rule 42.2 of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. The motion was signed by appellant. Appellant also filed a motion for immediate mandate. We grant appellant's motion to withdraw. However, we deny appellant's motion for immediate mandate. This appeal is dismissed. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.2(a).
