MEMORANDUM OPINION 1 By petition for writ of mandamus, relator, Thomas E. Jennings, II, seeks mandamus relief compelling the trial court to vacate its order subjecting him to a physical examination.

The underlying case is Thomas E. Jennings, II and Angela Jennings v. Stericycle, Inc. and Daren Dwayne Watson, No. 2008-52489, in the 55th Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Hon. Dion Ramos, presiding.
We deny the petition for writ of mandamus. All outstanding motions are overruled as moot.
