MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Chief Justice Wright and Justices O'Neill and Myers
Opinion by Chief Justice Wright

Relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus asking this Court to order the court reporter to file the reporter's record in the appeal of cause no. 05-10-00915-CV, styled Luis Daniel Sepulveda v. Carlos Medrano. See generally Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221(a) (West 2004) (appellate court mandamus authority to protect its jurisdiction). The facts and the issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. The reporter's record was filed in the appeal on September 16, 2010. Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus as moot.
