IN RE TIMMIE GENE CROW, Relator

Original Proceeding from the 397th Judicial District Court
Grayson County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 047458-D

MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices Bridges, Lang, and Myers
Opinion by Justice Bridges

Relator contends the trial court violated a ministerial duty by failing to forward a judgment nunc pro tunc to the classification section of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. The relief requested by relator has now been granted by the trial court. Therefore, we conclude that we cannot provide relator with the relief he seeks and that the issues presented in this petition are moot. See Dow Chem. Co. v. Garcia, 909 S.W.2d 503, 505 (Tex. 1995). Accordingly, we DISMISS relator's petition for a writ of mandamus.
