MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Chief Justice Wright and Justices O'Neill and Myers
        On March 28, 2006, we abated the appeal upon appellant's filing of bankruptcy. In response to our inquiry regarding the status of the bankruptcy proceedings, on June 17, 2010, we received a letter from the Texas Attorney General's Office with a copy of the trial court's April 17, 2006 order dismissing the case attached. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See generally Lehmann v. Har- Con Corp., 39 S.W.3d 191, 195 (Tex. 2001); Ruiz v. Ruiz, 946 S.W.2d 123, 124 (Tex. App.- El Paso 1997, no writ).
