DECISION and JUDGMENT
This matter is before the court on the agreement of the parties. During the course of this
appeal the parties agreed on Plaintiff’s respective liabilities for the 2002 and 2003 tax years.
Because the parties are in agreement, the case is ready for judgment. Now, therefore,
IT IS ADJUDGED that Defendant will abate the following income tax assessments:
$1,323.00 for tax year 2002; and
$ 241.00 for tax year 2003.
