OF STIPULATION
This matter is before the court upon the written stipulation of the parties, filed on
April 24, 2001, following hearings on March 22 and May 18, 2001. The reduction is
authorized by ORS 305.288(1). Because the parties are in agreement, the case is ready
for judgment. Now, therefore;
IT IS HEREBY ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the real market value of the
property described as Account No. R74073 was, as stipulated for the 1998-99 and 199900 tax years:
