ORDER

Original jurisdiction is assumed. Pursuant to 73 O.S. 2011 § 160, the Court finds the proposed bond issue, submitted by The Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority cannot reasonably be considered a special law, nor otherwise contrary to law. Coyle v. Smith, 1911 OK 64, ¶22, 113 P. 944.

A petition for rehearing may be filed within five (5) days of the date of this order.
