On February 22, 2007, plaintiff entity filed a complaint in this court. Plaintiff
entity was not represented by an attorney. On February 26, 2007, this court issued an entry
requiring plaintiff entity to obtain counsel to proceed with this claim and to file a notice of
appearance and an amended complaint with this court or face dismissal of the claim.
Upon review, plaintiff entity has not complied with the court order. Accordingly, plaintiff’s
claim is DISMISSED, without prejudice, pursuant to Civ.R. 41. The court shall absorb the
costs of this case. The clerk shall serve upon all parties notice of this entry of dismissal
and its date of entry upon the journal.
