—[*1]Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Firetog, J., at plea, Walsh, J., at sentencing), rendered February 25, 2004, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
