—[*1]Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Hinrichs, J.), rendered December 22, 2003, convicting him of attempted burglary in the second degree (two counts), upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. is affirmed.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
