PER CURIAM

Plaintiffs and defendants are neighbors, and this appeal arises from a dispute about an annual block party that plaintiffs have opposed since its inception. On this appeal, plaintiffs seek reversal of an order granting defendants summary judgment on a civil complaint seeking damages and punitive damages on claims of negligence, intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment and malicious prosecution. We affirm substantially for the reasons stated by Judge Harz in her thorough oral opinions of February 5 and June 11, 2010.

Affirmed.
