This matter was brought before this court on the defendant M.W.'s appeal from a June 20, 2008 order of the Chancery Division, Family Part, which terminated his parental rights to H.W. The Office of the Attorney General has informed this court by letter dated May 15, 2009, that defendant is now deceased, thereby rendering the appeal moot.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
