LINDA A. VALENTIN,
Plaintiff-Respondent,
v.
ABRAHAM VALENTIN,
Defendant-Appellant.
____________________________
Submitted September 27, 2006 - Decided October 27, 2006
Before Judges A.A. Rodr guez, Collester and
Baxter.
On appeal from Superior Court of New
Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part,
Morris County, FM-14-1298-03.
Abraham Valentin, appellant pro se.
Cooper & Murray, attorneys for respondent
(John D. Murray, of counsel and on the
brief).
PER CURIAM
Defendant Abraham Valentin appeals from those portions of a judgment of divorce related to the issues of spousal and child support. We affirm substantially for the reasons set forth by Judge Barbara Zucker-Zarett in her comprehensive letter opinion of September 29, 2004. Furthermore, defendant's allegations of bias are totally without foundation in the record and without sufficient merit to warrant discussion in a written opinion. R. 2:11-3(e)(1)(E).
Affirmed.
