Parker, Harrison County Circuit Clerk. McDaniel requests the Court reconsider its July 17, 2014, order, which denied his Emergency Petition for Writ of Mandamus, and allow a hearing on the motion. After due consideration, we find that the motion is not well taken and should be denied. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petitioner s Motion for Reconsideration, Hearing and Clarification filed on behalf of Chris McDaniel is hereby denied.
