Before: McDonald, P.J., and Smolenski and K. F. Kelly, JJ. MEMORANDUM. Respondent-appellant appeals as of right from the family court order terminating her parental rights to Thomas Lenell Kelly, Jr., following her voluntary release of parental rights pursuant to MCL 710.29; MSA 27.3178(555.29). We affirm. Respondent-appellant argues that the release of her parental rights to Thomas Kelly, Jr. should be revoked for various reasons. However, because respondent-appellant did not petition the family court to revoke her release of parental rights, the issue is not properly before this Court.
