I concur in the result of the majority opinion but write separately to say that I would affirm the
arbitrator’s award simply because the appellants failed to show any reason under the applicable statute
or court rule, MCL 600.5001 et seq., MSA 27A.5001 et seq.; MCR 3.602, that would warrant
reversal.
