STATE OF MICHIGAN
COURT OF APPEALS
EVANGELINE ZIMMERMAN,
UNPUBLISHED
July 9, 1999
Plaintiff-Appellant,
v
COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH SERVICES, INC.,
d/b/a THE WELLNESS PLAN,
No. 207280
Muskegon Circuit Court
LC No. 97-336331 CZ
Defendant-Appellee.
Before: Gage, P.J., and White and Markey, JJ.
WHITE, J. (concurring).
I agree that plaintiff presented sufficient evidence that she engaged in protected activity under
the act to preclude dismissal of her retaliatory discharge claim on the ground that she failed to establish
this element of a prima facie case.
