Plaintiff-Appellee,

Recorder’s Court
LC No. 96-002457
MATHEWS J. PERRY, JR.,
Defendant-Appellant.
Before: Holbrook, Jr., P.J., and Wahls and Cavanagh, JJ.
MEMORANDUM.
Following a bench trial, defendant was convicted of carrying a concealed weapon, MCL

defendant in violation of the terms of his probation and sentenced defendant to one and one-half to five
years’ imprisonment. Defendant appeals as of right. We dismiss defendant’s appeal. We decline to
address defendant’s sentencing issues where the issues have become moot, defendant having fully
served his minimum term. People v Rutherford, 208 Mich App 198, 204; 526 NW2d 620 (1994).
Dismissed.
