Following a bench trial, defendant was convicted of larceny from a building, MCL 750.360; MSA 28.592, and sentenced to two to four years’ imprisonment. We dismiss defendant’s appeal because her only issue, a challenge to the proportionality of her sentence, has been rendered moot by the expiration of the minimum term.
