MEMORANDUM.
In lower court docket no. 92-046611-FH, defendant pleaded guilty to assault with intent to do
great bodily harm less than murder, MCL 750.84; MSA 28.279, and felony-firearm, MCL 750.227b;
MSA 28.424(2), and was sentenced to two to ten years’ imprisonment and two years’ imprisonment,
respectively. In lower court docket no. 92-046642-FH, defendant pleaded guilty to possession with
intent to deliver less than 50 grams of cocaine, MCL 333.7401(1) and (2)(a)(iv); MSA 14.15(7401)(1)
and (2)(a)(iv), and was sentenced to three to twenty years’ imprisonment. Defendant appeals as of
right. We affirm.
Defendant has waived appellate consideration of his search and seizure issue by tendering an
unconditional guilty plea. People v Harvey, 203 Mich App 445, 449; 513 NW2d 185 (1994).
Affirmed.
