MEMORANDUM.
Defendant pleaded nolo contendere to second-degree murder, MCL 750.317; MSA 28.549,
and was sentenced to fourteen to forty years’ imprisonment. Defendant appeals as of right. We affirm.
This case is being decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(E).
We reject defendant’s proportionality challenge in light of People v Cobbs, 443 Mich 276,
285; 505 NW2d 208 (1993).
Affirmed.
