MEMORANDUM.
Pursuant to a plea agreement, defendant pleaded guilty to no account check, MCL 750.131a;
MSA 28.326(1), and was sentenced to one year and one day to two years’ imprisonment. He appeals
as of right. We affirm. This case has been decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(A).
There was sufficient evidence to support the scoring of the sentencing guidelines. People v
Hoffman, 205 Mich App 1, 24; 518 NW2d 817 (1994). Accordingly, defendant was not denied the
effective assistance of counsel. People v Pickens, 446 Mich 298, 338; 521 NW2d 797 (1994);
People v Ratkov (After Remand), 201 Mich App 123, 125; 505 NW2d 886 (1993).
Affirmed.
