I would remand to the trial court regarding the issue of a prior false accusation of sexual abuse to permit defendant to make a testimonial record regarding the alleged prior false accusation of sexual abuse made against defendant’s brother and the circumstances surrounding defense counsel’s failure to make an offer of proof at trial.
