WHITE, J. (concurring in part and dissenting in part).
I would remand to the trial court regarding the issue of a prior false accusation of sexual abuse
to permit defendant to make a testimonial record regarding the alleged prior false accusation of sexual
abuse made against defendant’s brother and the circumstances surrounding defense counsel’s failure to
make an offer of proof at trial.
In all other respects, I concur in the affirmance.
