STATE OF MICHIGAN COURT OF APPEALS LINDA McCORMICK, UNPUBLISHED February 21, 1997 Plaintiff-Appellant, v No. 175070 Wayne Circuit LC No. 94-403973 CH ERIC A. BRAVERMAN, Defendant-Appellee. Before: Taylor, P.J., and Markman and P. J. Clulo,* JJ. MEMORANDUM. Plaintiff appeals as of right an order dismissing her action to quiet title. We affirm. The trial court properly dismissed plaintiff’s complaint seeking to quiet title in the real property that was the marital home of Edward and Mary McCormick. This Court’s opinion in the cases of Mary C McCormick v Estate of Edward J McCormick and Mary McCormick v Eric A Braverman, ____ Mich App ____ ; ___ NW2d ___ (1997) (Docket Nos. 173328 and 174483) issued February 21, 1997, instructs the circuit court to determine the ownership interests in the real property in question, subject to the property interests of plaintiff. Accordingly, plaintiff is directed to present any evidence concerning her interest in the real property before the circuit court in those consolidated cases. The trial court also did not abuse its discretion in awarding defendant $500 in costs on the basis of plaintiff’s filing of frivolous motions. MCR 2.504(D); Cvengros v Farm Bureau, 216 Mich App 261, 266; 548 NW2d 698 (1996). Affirmed. * Circuit judge, sitting on the Court of Appeals by assignment. -1 /s/ Clifford W. Taylor /s/ Stephen J.
