We affirm Appellant s conviction, but remand to the circuit court to correct a scrivener s error in the judgment and sentence, which indicates that Appellant entered a plea of nolo contendere, rather than showing that Appellant was found guilty after a jury trial. AFFIRMED in part; and REMANDED to correct scrivener s error. LAWSON, WALLIS and LAMBERT, JJ., concur.
