The Court DIRECTS parties to meet and confer, then file supplemental briefing, as to (a) the March 2019 real property taxes and foreclosure costs of King County, totaling $69,547.49; and (b) counsel's fees and cost s incurred by the lender in enforcing the terms of the Deed of Trust, totaling $60,000. This supplemental briefing shall not exceed four (4) pages, excluding any supporting declarations and/or exhibits.
