Court Description: OPINION The Court finds that Singleton's complaint plausibly asserts claims for gross negligence and a violation of his Fourteenth Amendment rights against each of the defendants. The Court further finds that Singleton pleads a claim for wil lful and wanton negligence against Defendants Tadros, Cooke, Bundick, and Sanders. Finally, the Court finds that Singleton adequately pleads a claim for supervisory liability against Defendants Wade, Goetchius, and Bundick. Because Singleton abando ns his official capacity claims against Defendants Wade, Goetchius, and Bundick, and his willful and wanton negligence claims against Defendants Wade and Goetchius, the Court will dismiss those claims.
