By Memorandum Order entered on April 4, 2019, the Court inormed Petitioner that in the United States District Court or the Easten District of Virginia, all pro se petitions or writs of habeas copora must be iled on a set of standardized orms. See E.D. Va. Loe. Civ. R. 83.4(A ). The Court mailed Petitioner the standardized orm or iling a § 2241 petition and directed him to complete and retun the om to the Court within iteen (15) days of the date of entry hereof. The Court waned Petitioner that the ailure to complete and retun the orm in a timely manner would result in dismissal of the action. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). More than iteen (15) days have elapsed since the entry of the April 4, 2019 Memorandum Order and Petitioner has not responded and Petitioner has not retuned the Dockets.Justia.com standrdized orm.
