Civil Action No. 3:18CV266 CITY OF HAMPTON, et al., Deendants. MEMORANDUM OPINION On May 8, 2018, the Court conditionally docketed Plaintiffs action. Plaintif requested leave to proceed informapauperis. By Memorandum Order entered on May 21, 2018, the Court directed Plaintif to pay an initial partial iling fee of $0.50 or state under penalty of pejury that he did not have suicient assets to pay such a ee within eleven (11) days of the date of entry thereof. See 28 U.S.C. ยง 1915(b)(l). Plaintif has neither paid the initial partial iling ee nor averred that he cannot pay such a fee. Thereore, Plaintif is not entitled to proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiffs disregard of the Court's directives warrants dismissal of the action. Accordingly, the action will be DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
