CHRISTOPHER STEINKE Defendant. MEMORANDUM OPINION THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Plaintiff and Defendant's Motions for Summary Judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56. Plaintiff P5 Solutions, Inc. ("P5") is a Virginia business that supports information technology services and provides support for customers that utilize the "ServiceNow Performance Analytics" platform. Defendant Christopher Steinke was a part-time PS employee from approximately June 2016 until January 8, 2018, when he was offered and accepted full-time employment with PS. On the commencement of his full-time employment on January IS, 2018, Steinke and PS executed an "''At Will Employment Agreement" (the "Employment Contract").
