N o. 10) be, and the same hereby is GRANTED, and it is further ORDERED that default judgment be, and the same hereby is, entered against Defendant in favor of Plaintiff in the amount of $10,000.00 in statutory damages; $100,000.00 in enhanced damages; and $3,063.46 in reasonable attorneys fees and costs, for a total award to plaintiff J&J Sports Productions, Inc. of $113,063.46.
