MEMORANDUM OPINION THIS MATTER is before the Court on Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant Design and Production Incorporated's ("D&P") Motion for Costs and Attorneys' Fees (Dkt. No. 144) and Third-Party Defendant Seruto & Company's ("S&C") Motion for Attorneys' Fees (Dkt. No. 146).
